RWBID is providing project oversight for the $300 Million Public-Private-Partnership project. The project will become the premier sports complex in the United States. The updated vision of these 180 acres includes 40 tennis courts, 10 soccer fields, and golf facilities, as well as facilities dedicated to after-school youth programming. In addition, the Lessee has proposed a multi-purpose indoor sports facility, meeting rooms, and a public health and fitness center, along with other public recreation facilities.
