RWBID is assisting the County to find a private development partner to redevelop a County owned property for a former State courthouse. The $250 Million potential development options include high-quality office, commercial, hospitality, public, cultural, residential, and/or mixed-use facility. The developer will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the proposed project.
