RWBID is providing project management services for the $468 million South Campus project that will construct a new ISD headquarters, a Probation
Department headquarters, and a new Sheriff Crime Lab. The South Campus project is currently in the programming and scoping documents phase and will be completed in 2021. The project goal is to create a new County paradigm for an open, collaborative, and high-tech office space that aligns with the County campus mission statement of “transforming public service.”
