RWBID provided master plan management and design management services for the $2.7 Billion master plan of the Rancho Los Amigos campus. The project consists of 13 development sites over an existing +210 acre Los Angeles County owned historic campus.  The development plan consists of renovation, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of new buildings totaling +3 Million square feet of medical, county office, commercial office, retail, restaurant, hotel, and parking.  The projected is scheduled to be phased over 20 years.
