RWBID provided initial planning, design management, project management, and coordination with the jurisdictional agencies for this $13 Million project. The Oxford Basin currently serves as a primary flood control facility for the County of Los Angeles and is an integral part of the Marina Del Rey local drainage system. The intent of the project was to address water quality deficiencies, remove pollutants from both dry and wet-weather runoff, mitigate localized flooding conditions, improve habitat, and incorporate aesthetic enhancements and recreation features.
