RWBID is part of a team providing project management and construction management services for the $2.2 billion County of Los Angeles County CCTF project. The proposed CCTF is intended to be a treatment facility for inmate-patients rather than a jail that provides health and mental health care for inmates. Its integrative treatment approach will place this facility at the forefront of correctional operations and design in the United States. The proposed CCTF will provide 3,885 beds and a wide array of support functions in approximately 1,955,000 gross SF.
