RWBID is a Joint-Venture Partner providing project controls services for the $1.8 billion Harbor-UCLA Master Plan Implementation project. Over the course of the 10-year multi-phase project, RWBID will be providing scheduling, estimating, cost control, and document controls services in support of the County project. The goal of the County is to develop the campus into a coherent and interactive relationship between the clinical, educational, and research components of Harbor-UCLA based on the Master Plan.
