RWBID provided project controls services for the $48 Million design-build project. The new facilities support a maximum of 120 live-in youth residents, as well as all educational, medical, recreational, vocational, and treatment-oriented programs. The camp facilities also support all staff functions, including education, security, administration, and maintenance. These facilities include new residential cottages, an education building, an administration building, a warehouse, a gymnasium/multi-purpose building, and athletic field, the renovation of an existing commissary, and any other site improvements required to support the camp’s needs.
